Via the federal highway B 65 and B 217, the motorway A 2 and A 7 as well as from the airport Hanover-Langenhagen(HAJ), you can reach easily the town of Barsinghausen by car. The property is close by the motorway Dortmund- Hannover-Berlin (A 2). As a calm town with high recreational value, a starting point for forrest-walkings, for bike trips to explore the surroundings. By car you have the possibility to visit the "Schaumburger" county with nice towns as Bad Nenndorf, Buckeburg and Stadthagen.
